I am very grateful for this book as I am very sensitive to low vibrating spirits and energy. I just recently crossed over my first lost spirit with Reconnective Healing frequencies. I was led by my guides to do this, but I didn't have much info on the process and wanted to keep myself safe. This book gives techniques and mantras that will help me not only feel safer, but to have a better idea how to help future spirits cross. Cate's personal experiences also helped me relate to my own experiences better and gives me a better idea of what is happening to me in my life. It is also interesting to think about the fact that your negative and/or angry friends/family/coworkers may actually have an attachment making them act or react that way. The fact that I may have the ability to help these people, both living and lost souls, amazes me. I am truly enlightened by this book! I know the author and she is the real deal! You must meet her if you ever have the opportunity
For anyone looking to understand signs and or events that have occurred after a loved one has passed, this book is a must read. Not only will Cate provide great comfort in validating your observations and feelings, it offers explanations for why and how things happen in the manner they do. In addition, she gives some practical advice on how to not only interpret these happenings, but what you can do about them.
Cate brings a superb knowwledge and background on this subject matter. On a personal note, after reading her book, I saw the gentle, loving hand of my mother and others who have passed guiding me. And it was an immense comfort and relief. I know it will do the same for you.
I am a born skeptic. I have a sister who has similar gifts that Cate has but to a far lesser degree. When my wife became ill, half as a joke, we gave each other passwords in case anyone ever claimed that they were in touch with either one of us from the other side. When my sister said that she had spoken with my wife after she passed away AND then gave me the password I became more curious and less skeptical. Cate actually helped my wife cross over in the end. Her book is a quick read, full of information that will provoke thought and open your mind to the possibilities that what we have been taught about Heaven and Earth is just the tip of the iceberg. Whether you have strong faith or are a profound skeptic the minimal cost of this book is well worth taking a chance to reconnect to your spirituality in a new way.
