If your looking to just be entertained by nothing then this is the book for you. This booked lacked so much and it really did have potential. I partially blame it on it being the Authors first time/first book. Kayla was all around very very dumb and a lot what was in the story just did not make any sense. The main character had no development throughout the book, she NEVER learned from her mistakes and continued to accept anything this "boah" Wil did. Even going as far as to dating two men at the same time , but got upset when Wil was running back to his wife. She is the classic example of what you should never do! I know there are women like her all over but honestly how dumb can one person get. I understand the hurt an betrayal but Kayla just continue to judge her friend Yaz for making dumb decisions but she did the same thing...She was just not a smart person AT ALL. Going to college doesn't make you smart. She had no common sense! Another thing that really really bothered me about the book was how easily Kayla attained things. The job at the bank!?? Come on now, who really gets a job but just walking in and telling the HR manager oh i need a job cause "i gotta pay rent"??? NO ONE! Well maybe back in the day but honestly that's still very far fetched...and the way she got the apartment???? SOOOOOO no credit check...no job verification...no pay stub copies???...even for this time period that seemed so unrealistic for a Landlord to do. The only thing i really enjoyed about this book was the drama and stupidity....I honestly caught myself laughing in disbelief at times because i just couldn't understand how a character could be so dumb. Over this book was pretty bad. It had potential to have a moral but i think the author cared more about the drama.....

OMG I love this book.the first time I read this book I could not put other down. I would read it in school, home, and when I was and the car. Lol I just could put the book down. But I wish it was a part two because I did not like the ending.
I've read this book almost 10 years ago and when I saw it for the price listed, i had to buy it again. It's a really good page turning and I'm looking forward to read it over the holidays.
